However, noticed that some bluetooth drivers are still located in the C:/Windows/sys32/drivers folder. I should mention that I used to have a Netgear USB 4.0 Bluetooth dongle but it malfunctioned after about a year (WIDCOMM) so I uninstalled it completely. I have searched "high and low" on the web for another source for downloading the necessary driver files to no avail. I have tried the dongle in multiple USB ports and it shows up in device manager as BCM20702A0, which is its designation from Broadcom.įolllowing the directions from Insignia to go to I do find the correct driver for my 64-bit Windows 10 computer but the "I AGREE" button isn't operable so I can not agree to the terms/conditions for downloading the drive, supporting the implementation of my dongle.
