Perhaps you must setup your hihat on your Roland Module as "compatible to other", foot control cc4 and "send note border #90 (or something like that).Īpologies for not being more precise, but that should get you going. Lower the value for hard hits incrementally until you get a correct closed hihat sound. Then select "closed hihat" from the same articulations dropdown, check the box "edit articulation only" - and look a bit to the left where you can enter values for soft, gradient and hard hits. By that, you should have a fine opening and closing hihat sound.
Then right click your hihat and choose something like "pedal control" from the articulations dropdown at the right hand side of the screen.
